Champagne Serge Mathieu Brut Tradition Blanc de Noirs

This Blanc de Noirs was made from only pinot noir. The dosage was limited to less than 10 grams. Sparkling pale yellow with a fine mousse, seductive scent of citrus, brioche and tropical fruit. Creamy and rich, yet mineral refined with tremendous fraîche deep into the finish.

Serving suggestion: Lovely to enjoy paired with fish in cream sauce or as an aperitif.

Prosecco Treviso Nature Le Contesse

This prosecco is produced only from Glera grapes growing in the province of Treviso at an altitude of 40 metres above sea level. After gentle pressing and cold static decantation of the must, it is allowed to ferment in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-17°C, before re-fermentation in autoclave on the noble lees. At the end of the process, no dosage is done to the Prosecco, which is able to reflect its territorial origin in a more precise and detailed way.

The result is a pale straw yellow Prosecco with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers pleasant citrus notes that draw the eye to elegant floral sensations. On the palate, it is light, dry and mineral.

Serving suggestion: To serve as an aperitif, it goes well with summer salads, main dishes with fish and fresh cheeses.

Le Contesse Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry

Le Contesse is one of the better and most important producers of Prosecco in the Veneto area. Founded in the early 1970s, the company specialises in both sparkling and still wines. It is located at the foot of the beautiful hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. This Prosecco has a beautiful light colour with a very fine bubble and a perfect mousse. On the nose, it is bright and fresh, with notes of peach and grapefruit, mineral notes and white flowers. Fresh, fruity, creamy and light. Very pleasant on the palate.

Serving suggestion: This Prosecco is highly recommended as an aperitif and with dishes with strong, sharp and spicy flavours. Although it also pairs nicely with cheeses, rice dishes, shellfish and desserts.

Orchidea Sauvignon Blanc

A sparkling, attractive wine especially for hours of sunshine in life. The Inurrieta Orchidea surprises and seduces with its unmistakable Sauvignon Blanc character. The wine owes its name to the delicate orchid aromas that give it a noble aromatic complexity. The wine was left in contact with its yeast "sur lie" for four months, it creates lovely complex fruit notes and a nice creaminess on the palate.

Serving tip: This wine is delicious with paella and asparagus salad with salmon.

Russolo - Pinot Grigio

The vineyards are protected on the northern side by the Prealps, while on the southern side the Adriatic Sea provides ample moisture and fresh sea breezes. The wine is pale yellow to yellowish.
